What is the shipping cost ?
We offer free delivery throughout Malaysia with min purchase of RM150! For orders below RM150, shipping fees is charged at flat rate basis,
- West Malaysia at RM8
- East Malaysia at RM12
Singapore shipping charges at RM30 /~SGD $10. No free shipping with any purchase. Shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank.
How long will my order take to be mailed out ?
All orders placed will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. Please allow 3 working days for customisation product orders.
How long will my parcel take to reach me after being mailed out?
For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using FMX shipping services which usually takes 1-3 working days to reach.
For Singapore orders, all item will takes 3-5 working days to reach.
How do I know when my parcel is being mailed out?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
For all Malaysia orders, you may track your parcel through https://www.tracking.my/fmx
For Singapore orders, you will be notified through email of your couriers service provider and tracking information to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Will I be charged custom and import duty for my parcel?
For international orders, shipping fees paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge or import duty. Your parcel maybe subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
How do I change my delivery information?

If your order has been delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. Do contact us as soon as possible to make any amendments.
